Order Processing and Shipping

Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated shipping time is 6–9 business days after the order has been shipped.

These timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping is free for orders delivered to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping charges for other destinations will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and are generally returned to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise or another arrangement is agreed upon.

After a refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account. Elltao does not guarantee a specific date for the funds to appear.

Pricing and Currency

Product prices and the applicable currency are displayed on our website or at checkout. Customers should review the order total, including applicable taxes and all disclosed charges, before completing a purchase.
